Clarence Dang

I am a software developer in Seattle, WA.

My interest is in developing fundamental software such as operating system kernels, compilers and graphics engines. I graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia with a University Medal in Software Engineering.

Some Past Projects

L4 Microkernel for Blackfin - I created the first ever port of L4 to the Blackfin processor.

KolourPaint - Easy-to-use paint program for KDE. I created the original versions for KDE 3, one of which was included by Acer on their Aspire One 8.9" Linux netbook.

LibMSWrite - Filter library for Microsoft Write 3.0/3.1 documents used by early versions of the KDE word processor application.

DOSEMU - Virtual machine for running MS-DOS on Linux. I wrote the joystick support and made many fixes.
